Q. What do I do if I am unable to log in?
A. Check your membership card to ensure you are using the correct number or contact us to send us a message and we will get back to you soon.

Q. Why am I unable to print vouchers from the website?
A. This is often to do with your web browser settings. To be able to print Vouchers:
  1. you must be logged in to the site
  2. you must have ‘pop ups’ enabled on your web browser
  3. you must have ‘cookies’ enabled on your web browser

Q. My Membership Card has expired, how can I get another one?
A. Please contact your membership organisation directly or contact us to send us a message and we will pass it on for you.

Q. What do I do if my Membership Card is lost or stolen?
A. Depending on your Membership there may be a charge to replace your Card. Please contact your membership organisation directly.

Q. How do I view any changes or updates to the Frequent Values™ Program?
A. Additional participants are being constantly added to the Frequent Values™ Program. As businesses are added, you will be able to find them when conducting a search. Recent additions and additional special offers are listed on the Updates, What's New or News page of your member organisation website.

Q. I know of a great business that I would like to see added to the Frequent Values™ Program, how can I have it included?
A. Fantastic, we are always looking to grow and improve the Program for Members! Contact us to let us know about the businesses and we will see if we can include them in Frequent Values™.

Q. Who should I contact if I have had a problem when using my Frequent Values™ Card or printed Voucher at one of the participating establishments?
A. All businesses that are listed on the Frequent Values™ website will accept your Card or Voucher. Very occasionally there may be a problem. If this is the case, contact us to let us know about it. We will work to rectify any issues as quickly as possible for you.

Q. Who should I contact if I was not happy with the food or service when using my Frequent Values™ Card or Printed Voucher at one of the participating establishments?
A. All businesses that are part of Frequent Values™ are chosen based on reviews or recommendations. If you feel that a business that you visited was not up to standard, contact us to give us your feedback.

Q. Can you offer a customised dining program that I could provide as a benefit to my employees or members?
A. Yes, at Entertainment™ Publications we can customise a program specifically to the needs of your customers, members or employees. If this is something that you would like to speak to us about, send us your details.
